This is soooo exciting!! Never has a Jungle Body Get Low Event been offered in Queensland let alone Toowoomba so FitFix is super proud to be the first!!! You can buy your tickets through Eventbrite or at any FitFix class from the 23rd January through to the Event. Tickets will also be available at the door for a little extra price.

Get Low is one of the Jungle Body's newest programs and has gained popularity extremely quickly. It fills that gap market where participants want a low impact workout, still feel like you are getting up a sweat, and of course the biggest drive is the music selection and accompanying simplicity of the moves. The music is from the from the 70's to 00's and current radio Top 40 hits and we go through the moves before each track so you know exactly what they are. I have ladies and gents from all age groups and fitness levels who regularly attend classes. It is your workout and you do it to the level you enjoy!!!
