FREE Kids & Teen Yoga
Start the 2023 school year feeling ready. Feel comfy and calm in and outside the classroom. Notice your feelings and move your energy. Learn tips and tricks to breathe, move and find gratitude especially when creating new routines and trying new things. Kids Yoga is suitable for kids starting year 1 to 6 and Teen Yoga is suitable for grades 7 to 12. BYO yoga mat or towel and consider sun safety.
