The Toowoomba Bush Poets meet monthly on the second Saturday of the month between 10 am and 12 midday, at the Cobb & Co museum, in 27 Lindsay St to perform their poetry. All are welcome to come along.. "Read, Recite, or Listen". Poetry is Traditional, Modern , Humerous, Serious, Previously published or a new poem you or a family member may have written.

Lets find those treasures that you, your friends or family members wrote ...dont let them die in the cupboard... Bring them along and lets share them. We will read them for you if you prefer.

"Poetry is like painting pictures with words"..........".It captures a moment in time and reflects the Australian way of life both rural and urban"...."Come celebrate it in words.." Its lots of fun.

Admission is Free to the Bush Poets . and Tea and coffe is available from the Cobb & Co shop , when we have a 10 minute break at 11am.. Cobb & co does not allow food and drink to be taken into display areas or meeting rooms.
