NDIS Plan Reviews – A Session for Service Providers only

The NDIA will conduct local NDIS information sessions specific for Service Providers providing supports to NDIS Participants (these sessions are not directed at participants and families).  This is a great opportunity to understand the review process and get answers to your questions. 

Learn about:

• The plan review process (both scheduled and unscheduled);

• The relevant legislation;

• Reporting to the NDIA in preparation for scheduled plan reviews;

• Navigating service agreements at plan review time;

• Service bookings and payments prior to, and during, plan review periods and;

• How to best assist participants during scheduled plan reviews.
