The Focus on Welcome free touring photographic exhibition celebrates Queensland’s new arrivals such as skilled migrants, international students and refugees.  It is designed to provide you with a glimpse into the world of everyday people with extraordinary stories, told through the lens.

This unique, touring photographic exhibition captures the faces of new arrivals that reveal stories of tradition, determination, hope and the adventure of starting life anew in the sunshine state.

Comprised of 30 carefully curated images, this uplifting exhibition provides a colourful showcase of the diverse cultures that make up Queensland.  Full of enchanting photos of new Queenslanders in their traditional dress and sharing their culture with their new communities, this exhibition is proudly brought to you by MDA.
