Join artist Jeremy Staples and create your own ‘Do-It-Yourself’ Gocco print.

Originating in Japan, Gocco printing was popular with young people in the 1970s and was made possible by the small and portable Japanese print machine, Gocco. The process is a mix of traditional screen and press printing but without the mess. Gocco printing is in the midst of a revival thanks to the ‘Do-It-Yourself’ philosophy and the ability to print your own images on the spot.

Delivering sold out Gocco workshops from the Western Plains Cultural Centre to Tasmania’s Makers Workshop, Jeremy Staples’ passion goes hand in hand with this DIY print art form. Jeremy has been delivering workshops for over a decade and is an artist with a 'Do It Together' approach. He is passionate about inspiring people to think and helping people along their own creative journeys.
