Live First Coat mural painting at Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery

Join us as we celebrate the official opening of the 2016 First Coat Art & Music Festival hosted in Toowoomba's new Civic Precinct. Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery will feature live mural painting by local artist, Kim Walmsley, on the northern exterior side of the Gallery between 6pm and 9pm. A series of pop-up food vendors and live music will be stationed throughout Kwong Sang Walk, Gallery Park and the Village Green as part of First Coat's official opening. The Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery will stay open after hours until 9pm.
