Ever wondered if you should build a Prototype or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for your business?
Gone are the days when extensive business plans will help you gain investment. The ability to rapidly explore new ideas in a resource efficient way is critical to the success of new products and services. Learning how to prototype and develop a Minimal Viable Product (MVP), increases the chance of success by getting a solution or service into the hands of customers as quickly as possible.
Rapid Prototyping and MVP’s can provide immense benefits such as:
- The ability to experiment with physical objects, regardless of its complexity, in a short time
- Easier to detect flaws in the early developmental stage
- Customers can contribute ideas to the design
Come along to this hands-on workshop where we will discuss Innovation theory and the differences between a Prototype and an MVP. We will then spend time actively exploring ways to develop both Prototypes and MVP’s using every household/office items.
Note: Rapid prototyping is a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a model or MVP. This workshop will not be utilising 3D printers, digital apps or additive manufacturing tech to finalise products.
