Information on legal issues of real relevance to women over 50 will be addressed by local legal professional personnel. Session topics include: Family Law and Identity change after separation and divorce; Structuring and life planning issues including intergenerational issues of shared business assets; Grandparents rights; Ownership of granny flats; Retirement homes; Overseas pensions.

Estste planning; Litigation and Administration including wills, powers of attorney, family trusts, executors' roles and responsibilities.

Elder abuse including whistleblowing, Adult Guardian, Carer's rights and obligations, Advocate's legalities.

Legal aid including eligibility, costs and types of legal aid.
