The traditional Japanese art of flower arrangement, Ikebana, is a disciplined art form that makes use of minimalism to emphasise shape, line and form.

Arrangements by the Toowoomba Ikebana group, Sogetsu School, will be showcased around the gallery during the City’s annual Carnival of Flowers celebrations.

The Gallery will open on Carnival Monday 19 September from 10am to 4pm. Fresh arrangements on display from 17 September until 25 September 2016.
