The parade will start at 5:15 am from the Toowoomba bus depot Neil Street, ending at the Mothers Memorial Toowoomba with the service commencing at 5:30am and concluding at approx. 6:15am.
The parade and dawn service will operate under a COVID safe plan, with spectators and participants advised that social distancing rules and COVID safe measures still apply.
Council encourages people to participate in the RSL’s Light up the Dawn service and for those who feel unwell to remain at home.
