What a fabulous time of year Christmas is. It is when we all eat too much, drink too much and the parties never seem to end. Most importantly it is a time we connect with our friends and family for those who can travel.
Join Ronnie, an Australian Award winning cake maker and all round amazing baker, for a Christmas gift making session in her studio. So many tips and tricks will be shared and packed into the 3hr class.

Then we sit for a cuppa and delicious treat while you can ask more questions to wow your family and friends at home.
Be prepared to mix, roll and get your hands dirty.

Learn how to make:
- biscotti which is fantastic for gifts,
- dark chocolate truffles,
- white pistachio and Turkish delight truffles – to die for!
