Who are Gap Filler?

Initially formed in response to the September 2010 earthquake, Gap Filler is a New Zealand-based group that activates vacant sites in Christchurch with temporary creative projects for public benefit, to make for a more interesting, dynamic and vibrant city.

Mike & Andrew are specialists in placemaking and working with people to make innovative changes to public and private spaces with limited resources. They are visiting the Toowoomba Region to educate, inspire and empower our community.
