The Toowoomba Model Railway Club Inc. is holding a Model Railway Open House in their clubrooms within the grounds of the Toowoomba Showgrounds, Glenvale Road, Toowoomba on Saturday the 3rd and Sunday the 4th of June, 9am to 4pm each day.

See operating model railway layouts in Z, N, HO and OO scales representing various prototypes and localities, the Garden City Central features Toowoomba's Railway Station along with many other Toowoomba attractions using 12mm gauge track to correctly represent Queensland Railways 3'6" Gauge.

Baillie Boys Carnival is full of action with operating rides, sideshows, and a ride on train circling the grounds for the HO people to take in the sights.

There is a Children's 'U' Drive layout along with colouring in for the youngsters.

The extensive Model Railway Museum takes us back in time to the early 1900's right through to todays exquisite models.

Constant screening of railway subjects feature on the club television for your enjoyment.

Cold drinks are available and parking is FREE.

A large selection of FREE railway oriented magazines are available.

Admission costs are Adult $5.00, Family (Two adults + children) $10.00.

There will also be a selection of Pre-loved models for sale.
