With their swinging style and sweet harmonies, let the gents of the High Altitude Harmony sweep you away with their barbershop melodies.

High Altitude Harmony sings a capella (unaccompanied) four-part harmony, and the repertoire ranges from traditional barbershop style to Beatles and Queen. The chorus has grown from humble beginnings in 2008 to become a popular and progressive a cappella group of nearly 40 members.

High Altitude Harmony is one of the most respected entertainment groups in the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region.

High Altitude Harmony went to the 2009 Barbershop Harmony Australia National Convention in Perth, finishing a very creditable eighth, and backed it up in 2011 with a seventh placing at the Brisbane Convention. The Brisbane Convention also doubled as the Pan Pacific contest for that year, giving High Altitude Harmony exposure to international choruses and quartets from New Zealand, Japan and the USA.

A reception in the USQ Arts Gallery will follow the recital – refreshments will be served.
