Are you stressing about what to put in the school lunch box? Or sick of arguing about vegetables at dinner time?
Then join the Change Project with The Root Cause for this fun and interactive event where you and your children aged 8+ will discover:
- why the ‘food rainbow’ is so important
- what to do about fussy eaters
- which foods help your child’s concentration, behaviour and academic performance
- how to avoid lunchbox stress each morning and
- understanding the tiny print on food labels.
