A world premiere from local playwright Dr Sarah Peters.
Eternity is an investigation of belonging and identity. Inspired by Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize winning American classic Our Town, Eternity explores life, love, and memory in country Australia.
The story:
For a small town, there’s a lot going on...
Kyle wants to leave town to pursue his dreams…problem is, he’s not entirely sure what they are yet.
Jaz really wants to come out to her Mum, but when your brother’s dying of cancer is there a right moment to introduce your girlfriend?
And while Mark is mustering the courage to declare his love for Lily, all she wants is to go to the festival on Friday with the coolest person she knows; her big sister Idalia.
Above them all, the Sun, the Moon and the Stars of the southern sky weave a mythic tale of love and discovery.Contains smoking, adult themes, coarse language and sexual references. Suitable for ages 15+ FREE EVENT - Bookings essential.
This is an incubator event.
