October 2017 marks the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther’s beginning the Protestant Reformation. This led to major divisions among Christians in the Western world.
The last century has seen the ecumenical movement seek to overcome these divisions as well as older divisions with Eastern Christians.
To mark this significant occasion and to celebrate the things that unite all Toowoomba and district’s Christians,
a program of hymns and prayer together is planned.
