An Art exhibition held during the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. Dates: 19th September to 27th September. Open 10am to 4pm daily at 1 Godsall Street, Toowoomba. The selection of works to be hung is by an independent panel of artist/judges to ensure a high standard. In addition to the 'Fred Gardiner' and Nancy Culliford' prize, this year there is to be a 'special award' for the best painting in the themed section - '90 years in Toowoomba' to help celebrate TAS turning 90.
