A family day in Goombungee just a short drive north east of Toowoomba. Historical machinery and displays with a Give it a go series of workshops for $5 each helping participants learn new 'old' skills such as knitting and needlework, calligraphy and cooking, painting and patchwork! Markets and great food as the town opens for shopping and displays at Post and Presents, Goombungee Antiques and Cafe, Rosalie Gallery, Living Hope Op Shop and the local takeaway and Pioneer Arms Hotel. Rosalie Shire Historical Society Museum open from 8am until 3 pm when the Goombungee Show Society's Annual Rodeo starts. Big day in Goombungee as the towns turns purple  and skirts our trees and opens for fun!
