The Ergon Energy Flower, Food & Wine Festival is a signature event of the Carnival that showcases spectacular floral displays, intriguing handcrafted creations and - of course - our magnificent regional produce and boutique wines. Staged over three days in Queens Park the Festival will boast numerous market stalls, cellar doors and a range of activities including cooking demonstrations from beloved celebrity chef Fast Ed.
Admire all of the entrants in the Carnivals' fashion design competition. Pick up a very special souvenir at the Hand Made in Country Market. Or enjoy the dedicated children's program for kids of all ages who are welcome to come and play, design, build, discover, draw, cook and create!
