The Stepping Out Winter Glamour Runway is Toowoomba's largest annual fashion event to be held on Saturday, 26 May 2018, 7:00pm at Rumours International. The event is organised by Kaye Foley, of the Kaye Foley Model Academy/Agency, who has over 20+ years experience in the industry. Kaye will bring together a collaboration of local fashion houses, designers, models, hair and beauty professionals to create a spectacular runway show with an aim of raising money for St Andrew's Toowoomba Hospital. 

As part of this year's event, we are running a Fashion Design Competition - the 'Emerging Designer Competition'. This new and exciting competition will provide an excellent opportunity for people, in the local and surrounding communities, interested in fashion to showcase their design skills, build their portfolio and gain positive exposure for their work.
