Alfrescrew bootcamp - express your interest by 12 July

We are considering starting bootcamp again from Tuesday 17 July to Friday 21 September (every Tuesday and Friday) and we want to know if you would be keen to join us! It is all about improving your fitness level, surrounding yourself with empowering people and having fun as a group.

You can choose whichever package you'd like:

  • Members cost $20 - Includes: bootcamp twice a week, pre and post bootcamp fitness testing, InBody Scan and an end of bootcamp breakfast.
  • Members cost $10 - Includes: bootcamp twice a week, pre and post bootcamp fitness testing and an end of bootcamp breakfast.
  • Non-members cost $250 - Includes: bootcamp twice a week, pre and post bootcamp, fitness testing, InBody Scan and an end of bootcamp breakfast.
