The ultimate paddock-to-plate experience will take place in July
The Hampton Winter Harvest Long Lunch will be held on the weekend of 9th and 10th July 2016, so diners can experience Hampton's winter offering, with two lunch events taking place on the Saturday and Sunday.
Guests will be transported by coach to a local farm where you will enjoy the winter morning gaining a grassroots insight into local farm produce and production techniques.

This will be followed by a stylish and sumptuous banquet lunch prepared using Hampton's harvest by well-known celebrity chefs, Matt Golinski and Glen Barratt.
Each course will be matched perfectly to regional award winning wines, and the winemakers will be on hand to explain the motives behind these food and wine pairings.
