From the crew who brought you First Coat International Festival, Block Party invites full immersion in real contemporary art experiences that energise, challenge and ignite a need for more in a free community event.

First Coat Studio Block Party is a site specific activation of Toowoomba’s First Coat Studios premises and Laurel St surrounding. This free community event celebrates diverse creative practices through live music and live performances, art exhibitions, and three major public artworks. Presented by First Coat Studios, and supported by Toowoomba Regional Council, Arts Queensland and Regional Arts Fund, First Coat Block Party invites new ways to experience art and culture in a space close to home.
