Community event to commemorate 100 years since the official opening of the Pilton Soldiers' Memorial Hall.

The event will run from 9am to 4pm, starting with a Centenary Church Service at 9, and including the Official Ceremony starting at 1:15pm.

As well as the official ceremony marking the occasion, there will be old-style games for the young and young at heart,

a vintage vehicles display,

Fashions of the Century fashion parade,

multi-draw raffle,

display of historic photographs and information,

the launch of a centenary history book,

and even a maypole for you to test your skill!
We will be honouring the service men and women remembered on our Honour Boards and invite anyone with connections to Pilton, or those wanting to experience the fun and friendship of a small community Hall event, to attend.

Morning Tea and Lunch will be available to purchase at the Hall on the day, and entrance to the event is free of charge.
