Infant Massage Classes
Where: - Toowoomba Youth Service, 201 Hume Street
When: - Wednesday 21st September Morning at 10am – 11am for 4 weeks
Who: - Parents with infants aged 0-3 years old.
Benefits for parents:-
Research shows that adults who provide massage to infants experience less anxiety, fewer depressive symptoms, improved mood, pulse decreases, cortisol levels decrease and improved self-esteem.
Benefits for infants:-
Relaxation of skeletal muscle, pain relief, sinus congestion, reduces crying, enhances attachment and bonding and enhances body awareness are just a few of the benefits of infant massage on the infant.
