Cobb+Co Museum, in conjunction with Yates, proudly presents a spectacular display of 60 hanging baskets. Each basket was lovingly created in ‘carnival’ theme by community members from the Toowoomba Region as part of a design competition. This year’s display is sure to delight with categories from floral arrangements to artisan creations.
