The ninth biennial juried exhibition from Darling Downs Textile Art Group

The Darling Downs Textile Art Group was formed by like-minded textile artists throughout the Darling Downs with a view to construct and embrace textiles in all its forms. Continually expanding, experimenting and pushing the understanding of textile art, Progressions: Beyond the Edge is the group’s ninth biennial juried exhibition displaying selected textile artworks from emerging and prominent textile artists throughout Australia and New Zealand. This year’s exhibition continues to push the notion of textile art by introducing three-dimensional pieces that go beyond the edge.

On display from 10 September until 30 October 2016.
