The morning service will start at 9.00am with the citizen's wreath laying ceremony. The morning parade departs from Neil and Margaret Streets, ending at the Mothers Memorial with a morning service that will conclude at approx. 11.00am.

The morning and dawn service will operate under a COVID safe plan, with spectators and participants advised that social distancing rules and COVID safe measures still apply.

Council encourages people to participate in the RSL’s Light up the Dawn service and for those who feel unwell to remain at home.
