This exhibition is a longing for or a reminder of those times in that stage of our species when there was no waste or excesses.

My African heritage is actually a collective of human heritage- a time when we used what was available around us rather than the creation of a new product and before the advent of travel to get what we did not have locally.

Art is a language that puts this journey into context, in terms of time, place, space and form to enable me to study myself from an observer's point of view.
