The first stage of streetscape works in Russell Street are now complete so we’re throwing a street party to celebrate!
Live music by Fenny and the Mets, Cardboard Cutouts, Windy City Jazzmen, Beef Cheeks and the Salty Beans, Toowoomba Concert Band, Drayton Brass Band, Harlaxton Brass Band and Highfields Community Band.
