Join us as we create and decorate an amazing kite. Kites fly in the park around 11am.This is a free event, open to all ages. Attendees under 8 years will require a guardian present at all times. Bookings are essential via Toowoomba Region Libraries EventBrite. Participants will be expected to provide own sun protection and water to this program.
