New Year's Eve with Connect the Dots hosted by Toowoomba Jazz Society

Come and join us for New Year’s Eve and welcome in 2024 with a night of music, dancing and fun! 

Starts at 8pm and will end after Auld Lang Syne at midnight!

Our band for the night is one of our favourites at TJS. Connect The Dots Jazz Band got thrown together quickly as a fill-in for a jazz night at the TJS many years ago.

The band was so well received, and the musicians had such a good time, that the kept the band going, albeit mostly at the TJS. CTD play mainstream trad and swing.

The name came from musicians referring to notes on sheet music as dots.

And what a fabulous line up it will be to see in the New Year!

• Frank Earley on guitar and banjo
• Benn Tracey on sousaphone
• Bill Croft  on reeds and vocals
• Ian Craig on trombone and vocals
• and special guest vocalist Ebony Rosier

Meals will be available as per usual Bistro hours.

Please do not bring poppers due to the mess created!

ENTRY: Special New Year’s Eve entry price- $15 for everyone!!

PARKING: Access the car park off Gipps Street or there are parks in front of the bowling green in Ball Street and access via the gate.

ENTRANCE: Up the steps from the car park on the southern side of the building or from the bowling green side. Disabled access ramp on the Western side (Gipps Street) and through the bar.
