Introducing Sensory-Rich School Holiday Activities

Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre is excited to partner with NDIS provider, The Hub Programs for Purpose at Annie’s House, to bring you fun, inclusive activities! Join us for beach-themed snacks, sensory bins, music engagement, a farm display, and Aboriginal storytelling around food.

We invite people of all ages and abilities, along with their supports, carers, and families, to join in the fun.

Programs:

Beach-themed snack – Let’s put our creativity skills to the test and create some yummy snacks themed for under the sea. Each treat will unleash the little chef in us all, creating interesting sea creatures. Located at Centre Court.

Sensational Sensory Bins – Get ready for a fun and exciting sensory adventure! We’ll be offering a variety of hands-on experiences for individuals of all ages and abilities. You’ll have the chance to touch, feel, and explore a range of sensory items like colourful pasta, food-inspired slime, and so much more! Located next to Shingle Inn.

Sound Explorers – Let’s make some music! You will have the chance to try out a variety of instruments, learn exciting new techniques, and most importantly – have a blast! Located at Centre Court.

Aboriginal Storytelling Through Food – In this fun and engaging activity, children will explore traditional Aboriginal food stories and discover the importance of native plants, animals, and food in Aboriginal culture. Located next to Specsavers.

Farm Hub Simulation – In this program, we will be simulating fun activities like animal grooming and sharing all the details about our amazing Farm Hub program. Come and learn about animal care and discover how our Farm Hub brings farm life to you. Located next to Specsavers.
