Billy Missi'n Wakain Thamai is an exhibition developed by NorthSite Contemporary Arts (GImuy/Cairns) and touring Australia in partnership with Gab Titui Cultural Centre/Torres Strait Regional Authority (Waiben/Thursday Island) and Museums & Galleries Queensland.
