Winter Leadership Program

This premium, five day leadership camp has been specifically designed to bring together like-minded young people aged 12-16 years from across Australia who have an interest in developing their leadership skills. Participants will develop their skills through a diverse program of collaborative activities, training sessions, physical endeavours and a couple of overnight camp-outs. Professional guest speakers will help participants learn about how their personality impacts their leadership skills and how to use their personality to refine their personal leadership attributes. Participants will learn that leadership comes from a heart to serve others – they will do this as a group, as they work together on two overnight expeditions, one on foot and the other on the water (canoes) where participants will be collaboratively responsible for all elements of their camp life, hygiene, cooking and caring for each other (under careful qualified supervision). Participants will also get to try their hand at many of our onsite adventure activities, including many of our High Ropes activities, Mountain Biking, Rogaine, Raft Building, Giant Waterslide and many others.

Acceptance to this Senior Leadership Camp is by application. Upon successful acceptance into the program, you will receive a link to purchase your ticket. Shortly after that you will start receiving communication about the camp as we gear up toward it.

Please keep in mind that Camp Cooby is about a 30 minute drive north of Toowoomba.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
• 5 Day, 4 Night Program Package (Monday - Friday) | $990 per child
- Includes all meals, accommodation, and activities for the duration of camp
- All successful applicants will receive a tent for use on the overnight expeditions, which will be theirs to take with them at the end.
- All campers will also receive a Camp Cooby t-shirt to take home as a memento of their time at Camp Cooby.
- Campers will be required to pack specific resources to ensure their successful participation in camp (e.g. adequate footwear, hiking packs, etc.). Packing
lists to be provided after successful application.
